Fermented Gaba

GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, γ-aminobutyric acid) is a naturally-occurring non-protein constituent amino acid that exists in the brain and bone marrow of mammals and is an important inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. GABA can suppress the excessive excitement of the central nervous system and has a calming effect on the brain, thereby promoting relaxation and eliminating nervous tension. Both our brain marrow and eye retina contain high concentrations of GABA. Vegetables and fruits contain γ-aminobutyric acid, but the content is scarce, people rely on intake from natural food is not enough to supplement.
