What are the nutrients rich in kelp?
Kelp is rich in kelp polysaccharide, so far there have been three kinds of polysaccharide: algin, fucose gum, algin starch. It contains many active ingredients, such as acid glycan, fucogalactopolysaccharide sulfate, macrophytin, galacturonic acid, kumbuline, taurine, bifidal factor and so on. Kelp is a nutrient-rich edible brown algae, containing more than 60 nutrients. It is determined that every 100g contains 8g protein, 0.1g fat, 0.57mg carotene, 0.09mg VB, 0.36mg VB1, 1.6mg niacin, 1.177mg calcium, 1.50mg iron, 2.16mg phosphorus, but also rich in alginic acid, cellulose, mannitol and a variety of trace elements.
