What is the shape and distribution of straw mushroom?
Straw mushroom is a fungus of the genus Pleurotus in the family Photostalidae. The mushroom mycelium is colorless and transparent, with different cell lengths, with a diameter of 46-400 microns (average 217 microns) and a width of 6-18 microns (average 10 microns). It is divided by septum into multicellular mycelium, which branches and spreads continuously, interleaving each other to form loose reticular mycelium. The fruiting body is composed of pilus, pilus, pilus, outer membrane and pilus. Straw mushroom is a saprophytic fungus with high temperature and rain in tropical and subtropical regions of China, and then introduced to Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and other places. In China, it is mainly distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hebei, Taiwan, Hunan, Sichuan, Xizang and other regions.
