Research On The Effect Of Lactobacillus Reuteri On Animal Health

  The effect of Lactobacillus reuteri on diarrhea of piglets: piglets are more prone to diarrhea caused by Cryptosporidium parvum. The piglet group fed with Lactobacillus reuteri was compared with the control group not fed with Lactobacillus reuteri, and the onset of diarrhea and the severity of diarrhea were recorded. The results showed that the number of piglets with diarrhea in the treatment group added with Lactobacillus reuteri was significantly reduced, and the severity of diarrhea was also significantly reduced. It is proved that the Lactobacillus reuteri agent can significantly regulate and improve piglet diarrhea caused by Cryptosporidium parvum.
